Asus P7H55M-Pro running Linux (Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid)

Took a chance on this one what I found was positive. I am using

P7H55M-pro Asus motherboard, Intel i3-530 CPU, G.skill ripjaws 1333mhz, intel PCI-e x1 1000 NIC, LSI U320 SCSI card (PCI-E) and a load of SATA disks. The Asus manual had a printed sheet in the front, saying with certain CPUs the PCI-E wouldn't work. Since I bought this board specifically for it's two PCI-e slots it was somewhat worrying. I have the LSI card in the graphics x16 slot, it is a x4 card. The intel x1 card is in the slot above it. The cards are working fine. So far the only thing I would change is moving the CPU fan header towards the other end of the board (the wires run kind of close to the fan). One of the memory sticks was bad, had to exchange it. Otherwise no issues. The SCSI card works well on CentOS as well.
